Reason #2: Insight
As part of the TalentEgg National Campus Recruitment Excellence Awards, we recruit an elite panel of top student judges to assess the award submissions from participating employers. Student judges are hand-selected from postsecondary institutions across Canada for their academic and extracurricular achievements. They are a diverse cohort of students, representing the larger talent pool from which you recruit.
The #TEAwards student judging panel provides our team with incredible feedback on some of the best campus recruitment initiatives in the country. Using this information, we’ll engage an in-depth discussion on our findings from the previous year’s TalentEgg National Campus Recruitment Excellence Awards, and explore new possibilities and approaches that campus recruitment professionals can take with them for the upcoming year.

The conference has been planned with interaction in mind, which means you’ll be able to participate and socialize in ways that add value and dynamic to the conversation. There are Q&A periods included with every speaker presentation, informal breaks incorporated throughout and an evening networking reception to wrap up the day.
