A huge part of TalentEgg’s strategy to bridge the gap between Millennial and Gen Z talent and employers has included providing content – articles, videos, interviews, etc. – to help guide students and grads through the process of transitioning from school to work. The how-to articles, recruiter tips and new grad success stories have helped them feel inspired and more prepared to tackle the daunting task of finding a meaningful, career-related job.

We soon realized, however, that similar resources were in demand from recruiters and human resources professionals who were constantly searching for better ways to attract, target and recruit top students and recent graduate talent. As well as career educators and coaches, who are also helping to guide these aspiring young professionals into the workforce.

Leveraging our unique position at the intersection of talent, employers and career educators, TalentEgg has produced hundreds of articles, events and presentations for employers on these topics over the years.

  • TalentEgg President, Mary Barroll is a regular speaker on the recruitment circuit in North America, including at the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers’ (CACEE) regional and national conferences, Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and more.
  • In November 2011, TalentEgg launched our own awards program, recognizing excellence in campus recruitment. The inaugural TalentEgg Campus Recruitment Excellence Awards and Conference event was held in May 2012, attracting more employers than any other campus recruiting conference in 2012. Since then, we have expanded the awards and conference to include our growing demographic of early career professionals, as well as new award categories to recognize both nonprofit organizations and career educators and coaches.
