So basically, TalentEgg is taking traditional ‘How To’ career articles and giving them a more personal, interactive spin.

I was sent an article today from a fantastic resource for anyone interested in finance/accounting, Investopedia. The site generally has an American slant, but overall is a very good resource. This is a particularly good read: Accounting Not Just for Nerds Anymore. Enjoy!

In my opinion, HR is the most powerful department in any organization. They make the decisions that affect the ENTIRE rest of the company, and have the power to change people’s lives (i.e. give…and take away…jobs).
