Welcoming new Talent to TalentEgg

In the past few weeks, we’ve had to say goodbye to two of our awesome ‘Egg-ers’, Jen and Cassandra. They were both invaluable to all that we accomplished over the summer, and it was very sad to see them go.

That being said, they’re off to accomplish great things. Jen is studying Medicine in the UK, and Cassandra is in her 4th year studying Journalism at Ryerson. Even though they’re not OFFICIALLY TalentEgg staff anymore, we hope that they continue to help us in other ways … 🙂

Following their departures, we’ve added two NEW people to the TalentEgg team, one of whom started today. Corey will be our new Sales and Marketing guy, getting employers excited about the services we have available and generally spreading the word. He’s gotten off to a flying start already. We’re excited 🙂

More news coming soon.

Navigating TalentEgg: Accounting, Health Care and Finance

Now that TalentEgg is up and running, we wanted to draw your attention to some of our featured employers and some of the exciting, ‘Browse-able’ sections on the site:

If you’re interested in starting your career in Accounting, check out our accounting section, featuring BDO Dunwoody.

For a new-grad career in Health Care, check out our bustling Health Care Section and our featured employers, University Health Network, Halton Health Care, and Southlake Health.

If Finance is more your thing, and you’re looking for a challenging entry level role in that field, check out our Finance section, and particularly some great roles from companies like Macquarie and Kraft.

The best part: This is just a sample of the great roles and companies available for students on the site. As always, we want to grow and welcome your feedback, so let us know what you think!

The new TalentEgg

After months of preparation, ‘TalentEgg 2.0’ launched on Wednesday, September 3. We were very excited (to say the least) and have been working hard since to make sure the site continues to improve and continues to offer students high-quality, relevant career content.

We’re currently looking to expand our student network , as well as to add great employer to the TalentEgg family.

Finally, we’re keen to hear from anyone and everyone who has an opinion on TalentEgg. Have you found a bug with the site? Are you interested in getting involved? Get in touch.

PS- check out our coverage in Wednesday’s Financial Post!

Update on TalentEgg re-Launch!
