Imagine if, among all the other challenges you face as a campus recruiter, you also had to launch a brand new employer brand in Canada.
Well, that’s exactly what Isabelle Morin and her team have been up against as Target prepares to open dozens of stores across the country in early 2013.
At the 2012 Campus Recruitment Excellence Awards and Conference on May 14, Isabelle, Group Manager – Campus Recruiting at Target Canada, spoke about how she and her colleagues have approached this unique challenge in order to build Target’s employer brand from scratch and hire new grads for store leadership roles (Executive Team Leaders).
Isabelle shared some egg-citing information about Target’s entry into Canada and answered questions from the audience, such as how Target is making retail careers appealing to students and recent grads in Canada.
