On May 14, TalentEgg founder Lauren Friese revealed the winners of the 2014 TalentEgg National Campus Recruitment Excellence Awards to a packed room of campus recruitment specialists and human resources professionals during an awards ceremony at 2nd Floor Events in downtown Toronto.

Lauren also shared some of the latest best practices for each of the eight unique Awards categories, compiled from the feedback submitted by members of an TalentEgg’s elite student judging panel.

The feedback illustrates some developing trends and valuable insights into what makes a campus recruitment initiative effective and successful.
